Scheduled for completion in 2027, the JW Marriott Panglao Island Resort & Residences in Bohol aims to elevate the region’s tourism. Secretary Frasco acknowledged AppleOne’s role in positioning the Philippines as a tourism hub.

Governor Aris Aumentado and local leaders anticipate economic growth and job opportunities through the transformative project. Ray Manigsaca highlighted the project’s commitment to regional progress, emphasizing the partnership with Marriott International. The 7-hectare beachfront development, designed by Blink Design Group, blends modern luxury with Bohol’s heritage, promising unobstructed views of Maribojoc Bay and proximity to attractions like the Panglao fish sanctuary.
