MANILA, Philippines—University of the Philippines Manila’s arts and theatre organization, Dramatista, unveils their newest batch of trainees ‘Pe11even,’ as they prepare to hold their batch recital ‘Pick Me, Amy’ on April 29 on Facebook.
Pe11even is UP Manila Dramatista’s newest set of trainees. As their batch name implies, the group of young creatives from the pack dub themsselves are “palaban” as they are determined to perform with a purpose – to 1nspire and 1mpart messages.

With this, Pe11even proudly invites you to their batch recital entitled “Pick Me, Amy”. Premiering on April 29 at 6PM via a closed Facebook group, “Pick Me, Amy” is an original one act play about finding love in the digital era.
Join Amy and Sabby as they attempt to find the proverbial “The One” for Amy via Jublezzz, a fictional Gen Z dating app for the single, the bored, and the landi deprived (like you!)!
The play also serves as a fundraiser for For Our Farmers PH, a non-profit organization that aims to help farmers and fisherfolk. Thirty percent of ticket proceeds will be donated to the organization.
