One look at the latest release, with its thin and lightweight build and design to go with it, realme 12 Pro+ 5G does not veer to far away from its predecessor’s overall design but it still stay true to its overall ethos to bring an easy-to-handle everyday device, sleek without being too overbearing in one’s pocket or small purses you bring. Worrying about whether it’ll be damaged by water too shouldn’t be a problem, as this model ensures that although not completely waterproof, it’ll withhold any severe damages when faced with accidental splashes.
Available in two colors: Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige, one look at its sleek layout, it is easy to see that it was meant to be enjoyed by modern, contemporary users who are into aesthetic, with cues and elements from the luxury watch industry, as they are into superb functionality.
Co-created by Ollivier Savéo, an international luxury watch design master known for collaborating with Swiss brands such as Rolex, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, Breitling, and Quentin, the design was instilled with sophisticated aspects of his artistry to device’s overall aesthetic, like the elegant Polished Sunburst Dial, Golden Fluted Bezel, and the intricate 3D Jubilee Bracelet, all complemented by a very deep shade of blue.
Aside from that, we can appreciate the fact that for the back of the device, it’s made with Premium Vegan Leather, a finish that makes it resistant to dirt, while giving anyone who uses it the feeling of silk-like smoothness and subtle sense of luxury in its texture.
All these external, superficial qualities aside, what makes the realme 12 Pro+ 5G a great companion for filming, photography, and overall creativity lie on its triple rear camera set-up highlighted by a 50MP main shooter that comes with an 8MP ultrawide shooter, by Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and 120x SuperZoom, the latter being specifically made possible with its 64MP Periscope Portrait Lens, that allows for stable videos and high definition photos captured through a circular camera positioned at the top center portion of the rear of the device’s body. This is powered by the Sony IMX890 OIS Camera and Sony LYT5600 OIS Camera that enables us to capture clear shots even in low-light conditions.

If you’re someone who’s interested in applying cinematic filters, there are “Master Portrait Filters” built in, reportedly made in collaboration with Oscar Award Winner for Best Cinematography Claudio Miranda, that makes for easy options to make tweaks to your spontaneous portraits.

Its 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate make the device perfect for game enthusiasts or just about everyone who enjoy smooth device accessibility, packaged with its flagship level octa-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.
In terms of battery, it has a capacity of 5000mAh which allows you to do a lot of things in the course of several hours.
