MANILA, Philippines — A new artist joins the Careless Music label! Careless, an independent record label founded by James Reid, announced their newest signed artist, Jolianne—a rising 17-year-old R&B-pop singer-songwriter from Cebu City.
Jolianne first gained attention in 2015 as a contestant of The Voice Kids Philippines (Season 2), when she was only 11 years old. She has since captivated audiences, opening for major acts like Air Supply, Michael Learns to Rock, and Stephen Bishop.
In 2020, Jolianne released four singles that collectively garnered over 1.5 million streams and gained her 100,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. Her style and artistry caught the ear of Careless, leading them to consistently follow her progress over the year. Recognizing her potential and her ability to share heartfelt stories through her music, Careless pursued and signed her later the same year.

“In my experience, I dreamed to be where I am now, to find myself in a safe place like Careless. And it was with a lot of faith and action that I got here,” Jolianne points out.
