MANILA, Philippines—X Ambassadors, comprising brothers Sam Nelson Harris and Casey Harris alongside Adam Levin, continue to unveil new music from their highly anticipated album, “Townie”.
Describing “Half-Life,” Sam shares, “It’s a song that celebrates our connections to the important people and creatures in our lives—those who open up new passages in our hearts, revealing corners we never knew existed. Personally, it’s a tribute to my wife, Tess, with whom I’ve shared half of my life since we were teenagers growing up in Ithaca.”
“Half-Life” follows the release of previously dropped tracks “Your Town” and “No Strings,” all part of their upcoming album, “Townie,” set to release on April 5 via Virgin Music. This album marks a significant milestone for the band as they delve into their upstate New York roots, crafting an intimate portrait of their hometown and the community that shaped them.
Fresh off their successful UK/European tour, which saw sold-out nights across various cities including Paris, Amsterdam, and London, X Ambassadors are gearing up for an extensive North American tour starting April 5. Their tour will span cities like New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and more, with support from New West, Rowan Drake, and Noah Gundersen in Canada.
