The two Greener Stores, located at The Shops at Ayala Triangle Gardens and One Ayala, fully embrace the Starbucks Greener Store Framework, demonstrating a commitment to resource efficiency. These stores incorporate various sustainability measures, such as optimized water management achieved through the implementation of efficient time-out faucets. Moreover, they boast 100% LED lighting systems to maximize energy efficiency, and their state-of-the-art air conditioning technology is designed to reduce energy consumption compared to previous installations.

“We are excited to introduce our first two Greener Stores in the Philippines, a significant stride towards achieving our ambitious resource-positive objectives,” remarked Noey Lopez, President of Starbucks Philippines. “This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainability, which continues to inspire our innovative efforts.”

Inspired by the lush greenery of Shops Ayala Triangle Garden, the store beautifully captures the essence of coffee farming. Vertical rows of coffee plants, tranquil shade trees, and circular patterns from coffee raking fields are seamlessly woven into the store’s design. Natural elements grace every aspect, from the striking slatted ceiling to green accents in textured paint and the outdoor canopy. A thoughtfully curated art collection highlights coffee-growing regions and local flora, celebrating the store’s natural surroundings.

The One Ayala Greener Store is in the heart of One Ayala Center. Drawing inspiration from the siren, a mythical creature associated with the ocean, the store features a modern two-floor design, including a mezzanine level, and is adorned with a calming blue color scheme throughout.

Starbucks Philippines promotes sustainability by offering customers a PHP 10 discount when they bring their reusable cups or tumblers, encouraging eco-friendly habits. Additionally, a diverse range of plant-based food and beverage options is available throughout the day.
