MANILA, Philippines—Manila gears up for the much-anticipated Asia Pacific Predator League 2024 Grand Finals taking place at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on January 13 and 14. A total of 26 teams from across the Asia Pacific region will vie for glory in Dota 2 and VALORANT, competing for the prestigious Predator Shield and a slice of the $200,000 prize pool.
The spotlight is on Filipino teams, including iconic squads like Blacklist International, Execration, and defending champions Polaris Esports in Dota 2, along with Team Secret, Oasis Gaming, and ZOL Esports in VALORANT. Sue Ong Lim, General Manager at Acer Philippines, expressed excitement for the competition, emphasizing that Predator League is the battleground for the region’s rising esports talents.
