MANILA, Philippines—Following a successful series of well-publicized and highly-anticipated auditions last year, Newport World Resorts’ Full House Theater Company (FHTC) has announced the new cast of the hit musical “Ang Huling El Bimbo“.
For its April 2023 staging, the musical has cast seasoned actors with talented rookies for its coming return to the live stage. Now, a child actress to portray Ligaya is being searched to fill out the cast.
The role is open to female children ages 8 to 12 who are fluent in Tagalog. Interested parties must send a 3-minute audition video singing a Tagalog song, together with their CV, and half-body photo.
Send the requirements to aheb2023@gmail.com and indicate “Ligaya Audition” in the subject. The submission period is from January 23 to 31, 2023 until 5 PM. Those who will qualify will be contacted for an in-person audition at a later date.
