How to be a Ramen Chef at Home with Ramen Nagi’s New Takeout Box

MANILA, Philippines –Yes! It was almost impossible but it finally happened. Earlier this week, famed ramen chain Ramen Nagi answered supporters’ requests with the introduction of the Ramen To Go takeout box from familiar customer favorites found in its menu of ramen bowls and side dishes.

On April 23, Ramen Nagi opened its first batch of orders from 1pm to 5pm, made available through digital order forms for delivery areas like Signa-Makati and TriNoma. Following the success of this first batch, the ramen favorite announced a coming next wave of orders to allow ramen fans become chefs in the comfort of their own homes.

Set on a first-come-first-served basis, with the restaurant’s limited frozen stocks, a maximum of three (3) ramen boxes are allowed to be accommodated per transaction. Orders made outside of the vicinity of the mentioned delivery areas are then set for pick up or through courier services.

Each Ramen To-Go box is priced at P790 with two servings of ramen broth in its four signature flavors, Butao, Red, Black, or Green King, noodles, pork chashu, and toppings from vegetables, green onions, and minced garlic. Other offers like the gyoza box, good for six persons, are sold for P800, and chashu rice at P600.

The takeout box contains instructions to prepare items along. In order to maintain quality, as the ramen chain is most famous for, the items are advised to be frozen to be consumed over a certain period of time, Ramen Nagi notes:

Butao King- good for 2 servings to consume within 3 days

Red King- good for 2 servings to consume within 3 days

Black King- good for 2 servings to consume within 3 days

Green King- good for 2 servings to consume within 3 days

Chicken Karaage- good for 4 servings to consume within 15 days

Gyoza- good for 6 servings to consume within 15 days

Chashu rice- good for 6 servings to consume within 3 days

Ramen Nagi kitchen is open Mondays through Fridays from 11am to 5pm. The restaurant advises customers that delivery time might take a few days from the time it was placed and payments have been made.
