Chivas Brings BLACKPINK’s LISA to Front New ‘I Rise, We Rise’ Campaign

MANILA, Philippines—Global blended Scotch whisky brand Chivas Regal recently launched its “I Rise, We Rise” campaign with influential K-pop musician LISA of BLACKPINK as its new ambassador, along with the all-new look of the Chivas 12 year old this May.

Continuing its commitment to inspire the next generation of Scotch drinkers from around the globe through its new ‘I Rise, We Rise’ campaign, Chivas has teamed up with LISA, an iconic and pioneering artist, to celebrate and elevate the next generation of go-getters who are forging their own paths to success.

LISA’s success has long since been undeniable; her achievements and style have transcended music and cemented her firmly as a leader in self-confidence, empowerment, and breaking down boundaries within culture. Her own personal story—moving from Thailand to pursue her dreams, to being part of one of the world’s biggest groups, to breaking international records in her solo career—demonstrates how she has successfully elevated herself through hard work and determination. LISA’s story blends success and hustle, fully embodying Chivas’ ethos, while appealing to a new generation of Scotch drinkers in Asia.

A bolder bottle of Chivas 12

Meanwhile, the same, signature 12-year-old blended smooth Scotch whisky has been leveled up with a bolder bottle in a richer shade of ruby. Fans will still see the familiar rounded shoulders of its bottle design, but it now stands taller and prouder—and on greener credentials, too. The 12 years spent in the cask are honoured with bold XII numerals, sitting below the sleeker, emblematic Chivas crest, which you’ll also find etched carefully into the capsule and glass.

Chivas 12 now uses 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging materials as the brand accelerates toward its 2025 target of 100% recyclable, reusable, compostable or bio-based packaging, which will save 92 tonnes of plastic per year. The reduced weight of the new Chivas 12 bottle saves more than 1,000 tonnes of glass each year, with its completely plastic-free packaging saving 2.3 million plastic bottles. Lastly, all-new delivery boxes lessen the energy needed in the recycling process. Together, these components contribute substantially to reducing Chivas’ CO2 emissions.

The unique blend that makes up Chivas 12 hasn’t changed. It’s still using only the finest malt and grain whiskies including Strathisla single malt, Strathclyde single grain and more; and it’s still remarkably smooth and generous. Speyside flavours of crisp orchard fruits, wild heather, and sweet honey can still be found in every sip of Chivas 12, enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer.

The Chivas x LISA campaign and the new Chivas 12 bottle design will be rolled out in the Philippines on May 6, starting with out-of-home billboards and materials and culminating with an installation at Bonifacio High Street, in which visitors can sample Chivas 12 and try out a few activities.

The Chivas 12 is now available at leading supermarkets nationwide and at e-commerce stores in the Philippines.
