What makes a man sexy? Sure, a man can have rock-hard abs or guns of steel and make the world swoon. But beyond the thirst-trap Instagram posts and the billboards with figures of those who seem to be proud denizens of Olympus, someone who proudly embraces his individuality is more than enough to make us go, Hot Damn!
In a Rank Magazine first, we curated a diverse list of men in their top form, with merits that transcend skin color, nationality, industry, and even sexual preference and identification.
For this special section of the Hot Damn! Issue, we celebrate men in their finest forms–not only looking their best but also making relevant use of their chosen platforms–or better yet, platforms that have chosen them. We gathered usual suspects, aspirational figures, and those resilient figures who may have been shunned by judgmental stares put forth by social constructs, but have chosen to stand tall and make their own marks.
THE NEW BREED
Headlining this list are three of GMA Network’s latest breed of leading men who are shaping up to be the future of television and films not just with their megawatt-smiles and chiseled sinewy bodies but of their growing love for their craft and their relentless pursuit for purpose in this industry.

We’ve heard it time and again, men who are sure of themselves and are in command of themselves are even more attractive than those blessed with God-given DNA and gym-sculpted physiques. We have tapped numerous game-changers who lead the charge in creating a dent in their selected fields. They have unquestionable vision and grit in pushing the envelope, staying true to who they are, making them a shoo-in for this category.

THE MODEL CITIZENS
When you think of “hot men”, the usual suspects would often than not be male models–mannequins who are nothing short of perfect that put a face on your “ideal man”. But in recent years, we are more than aware of how the nameless models have emerged to become people of influence–with command of their platform in allowing them not just to be seen but also be heard. For this list, we bring focus to a number of male models who are slowly making their marks in local and international shores–those with Filipino heritage, proudly waving the Philippine flag overseas, and those who may not be of Filipino descent but have since found a home in the Philippines.
